Dave Belcher, President & CEO

As CEO and Founder of Perceptyx™, Inc., Dave created the company's technology architecture and developed its unparalleled Web-based menu-framework. He brings a wealth of experience in creating automated systems for a wide variety of applications, all designed to improve performance and help individuals, organizations and companies reach their goals. Prior to founding Perceptyx, Inc., Dave co-founded e-Perception Technologies, Inc., where he served as Chief Technology Officer.

Dave is also the founder of Rhino Media Group an e-business solutions consulting, design and development firm whose clients included major U.S. corporations such as Avery-Dennison, Chiron Vision and Earthlink. He currently serves as Technical Director of Rhino Media.

Dave's background includes founding and/or serving in an executive capacity for a number of educational and manufacturing companies including Medutech, The Genesis Group and Shrader Chemical Company. Dave is fluent in several languages and holds a Bachelor of Science from California State Polytechnic University and a Master's Degree from Biola University.

Creating the Perceptyx web-based real time platform

In 1997 Dave began working on a web application engine that would become our rapid application development platform. Combining a love of programming and a desire to help people and companies improve, Perceptyx was born and registered in July of 1998. Since then, the technology has become the most comprehensive assessment engine available. As some have put it, "The Perceptyx Platform is an order of magnitude ahead of anything we have seen." The unique approach and powerful tools enable managers to listen and act on issues that are affecting organizational performance.
