Perceptyx began in 1998 with the development of an online assessment engine focused on real-time reporting, not just collecting data. This diagnostic reporting platform allowed management in an organization to:
- view results specific to individual managers
- create targeted action plans
- easily track improvement initiatives for the entire organization.
Perceptyx, then owned by Rhino Media Group, developed the first assessment engine which has been used to do surveys and assessments for companies such as Dell Computer, EDS, StorageTek, Maxtor, AMS, The Hay Group, Chevron, Intel, Earthlink and many others.
Today Perceptyx has created a completely new and redesigned assessment technology that is faster, more robust, more flexible, and more intuitive for respondents and managers. Built in four modules, including a data collection module, communication module, diagnostic reporting module and action integration module, each module runs on Perceptyx's proprietary web software platform.
Using this intuitive modular approach Perceptyx can create web applications specifically suited to the unique data collection and reporting needs of any organization. From creation to collection to result reporting, the whole process is done in real-time and can be hosted by Perceptyx robust, secure network or hosted on the client's site (see Hosted Solutions Provider for more).
Perceptyx was incorporated in 2003 and has a strong team of developers, web application experts, designers, project managers and organizational performance experts.
There is simply no one better at creating fast, robust, flexible, and reliable web application and data collection tools that include real-time reporting and action planning capabilities than Perceptyx.
We collect perceptions, using a system that creates a matrix of reports so that organizations can Know Now™. The perception system's matrix is what makes our name—Perceptyx™. |
