Jack Morehouse, VP of Business Development & COO

As Co-founder, VP Business development for Perceptyx™, Inc., Jack is responsible for business development, product development, and integration of new projects and operations. His database applications for collecting and measuring training needs were the precursor to the Perceptyx™ system. He has extensive experience in project management, database development, curriculum design and executive management training and consulting. Prior to co-founding Perceptyx™, Inc. Jack was co-founder and Vice president of Operations for e-Perception Technologies, Inc.

Jack's background in leadership training, internal operations management and customer service program development informs and enhances the intuitive design of Perceptyx™ systems. Jack has been a small business owner and business management consultant for over fifteen years. Prior to that time, Jack served in designs engineering and as a technical training facilitator during a ten-year career with Chevron, USA.
