Dr. Bennett Cherry
As Director of Professional Services, Bennett Cherry provides research and development services for our clients and is instrumental in the creation and design of survey and assessment questions. Ben’s major areas of research include strategic human resource development, interpersonal trust development in diverse environments, service delivery strategies and humility in leadership.

Ben’s statistical and organizational research has been presented at major national and international conferences including the Academy of Management and SIOP. He is published in numerous journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Work and Occupations, and Academy of Management Executive.

Ben enjoys mentoring business leaders and is an active member of the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, American Psychological Society, and the Society for Human Resource Management. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and is a professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at California State University San Marcos.
