Dr. Val Rasmussen
Val Rasmussen is the Director of Training Services for Perceptyx™. He provides facilitation and assessment-results consultations to our clients. Val works with senior executives on the interpretation of assessment results, action planning and management coaching. He works to facilitate change within client companies. Val has an extensive background in corporate development, sales management, and personal development and productivity. Prior to joining Perceptyx™, Val was an executive consultant and VP of Professional Services for e-Perception Technologies, Inc.

Val has 20 years of senior management and executive instructional experience with American Providers, Inc. He was the owner and President, Foundation Health Plan Insurance Services and Forman & Associates, Inc. He has an extensive background in corporate development, sales management and personal development and productivity.

Val received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing, and a Master of Arts in Vocational Education from the University of Washington. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Development and is a certified Master instructor with Achieve Global.
